Q. I purchased an online deal, how do I redeem my voucher?
Please fill out the New Client Application and you will hear from us once your application has been received to schedule your cleaning.
Q. Will a long- term contract be required for service?
A contract will NOT be required for house cleaning services. However we do offer discounted 3 month, 6 month and year contracts.
Q. How long have you been in business?
Jaycee Cleaning has been in business since the beginning of 2012, However we have over 10 years of experience.
Q. What area do you service?
We primarily service Long Beach, Lakewood, Cypress, Signal Hill, Seal Beach, Huntington Beach and Fullerton.
Q. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Q. What do I need to do before you arrive?
We suggest creating a priority list, so your priorities are our priorities.
Q. Is it possible that I can have the same cleaner each visit?
Yes! Please let us know who you would like on your next visit.
Q. Should I be home during the day of the cleaning?
That is up to you! Some of our clients prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are away, while others simply like to be home during the process. Regardless of your schedule, we are certain that you will receive superior cleaning service.
Q. So, what happens if I have to skip or reschedule my appointment?
No worries! If you anticipate needing to change an appointment time, ideally, we would like a minimum of a 24 hours notice to reschedule.
Q. How will you get in my home, on scheduled cleaning appointments if I'm not there?
This is up to you! You can either give us a key/gate code or leave a key 'under the mat.'
Q. How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
We require payment at the time of service. We accept credit cards, cash and checks.
